The Humphrey Fellowship Program is a scholarship program by the US Government that offers leadership skills to professionals who are interested in strengthening their leadership skills.
The US Government will offer eligible applicants these skills through a cordial exchange of knowledge and understanding about important issues of common concern in the fellows’ home countries and US.

Scholarship Worth/inclusions
The Hubert Humphrey Fellowship by the US Government provides the following for eligible applicants;
° Pre-academic English language training, if required
° Payment of tuition and fees at the assigned host university
° Accident and sickness coverage
° A maintenance (living) allowance, including a one-time settling-in allowance
° A book allowance
° A Professional Development allowance for professional activities, such as field trips, professional visits and conferences
° Air travel (international travel to and from the U.S. for the program and domestic travel to required program events)
° A one-time computer subsidy EligibilityTo be eligible for the Hubert Humphrey Fellowship scholarship by the US Government; applicants should have;
° A minimum of five years of full-time, professional experience
° A record of public service in the Fellows’ home countries
° Demonstrated leadership qualities, community
° An undergraduate (first university) degree
° Limited or no prior experience in the United States
