Admissible criteria: Aspirants must meet the following requirements in order to be qualified:
An accepted (or comparable) four-year journalism degree with a minimum of ‘B’ or higher in the last 60 credit hours of study.
A three-year degree from Quebec in journalism and a two-year CEGEP diploma.
A four-year undergraduate degree and a minimum of five years of full-time journalism experience.
Application Process: Prospective students must be accepted to the University Master of Journalism program in order to engage in this educational program. Then apply to the university’s online application form after enrolling. Your completed applications and supporting documentation should be forwarded to awards-at-ukings.caca
Supporting Documents: Two copies of the official academic transcript and degree certificate, personal statement, portfolio, reference letters and English proficiency should be submitted alongside the following supporting documents.
Admission criteria: In order to be accepted to the master’s program, applicants must meet the university’s general admission requirements.
Language Requirement: All applicants must have a strong command of the English language in order to be able to succeed in their university studies. Language certificates must be issued regardless of ethnicity or country of origin.
For their Master of Journalism programme, the University of King’s College will provide the winning students with an education fund.
