Requirement For: Operations Manager, Merchant Services

The Role You will be responsible for : • Initiate creative local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns. • Build an active loyal community of retailers dependent on ShopTopUp for access to inventory and financial services. • Drive aggressive growth of the retailer base in your city at an agreed weekly rate through a team of competent agents. • Work with your city team to consistently deliver an excellent experience to the retail base. • Communicate product/process needs to HQ, work with product/engineering to deliver on them. • Help scale our other cities through developing and sharing best practices. • Continue to grow REVENUES and the ACTIVE RETAIL BASE! Ideal Profile • You have at least 4 years experience within a customer/merchant acquisition, sales operations role in the banking or FMCG industries. • Data-driven mentality to build and manage high performing teams. • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments. • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
