The Orange Knowledge Programme is a scholarship program by the Netherlands Government that focuses on developing the capacity, quality, and knowledge of individuals and organizations in the field of higher and vocational education and other fields related to the priority themes in the programme countries.

Scholarship Worth/Inclusions

The scholarship award is intended to supplement the salary during the scholarship period.

NOTE: The scholarship doesn’t cover all your financial expenses, it only contributes towards your tuition fee, insurance, cost of living, travel, visa, etc.


To be eligible to apply for this award, applicants are advised to review the eligibility requirements carefully and check if their employer is willing to nominate them for the offer.

° 3rd February – 23 March 2021 ( courses starts between between 26 July and 21 November 2021)

° 12th May – 29 June 2021 ( for Short Courses – starts between 22 November 2021 and 20 February 2022)

° 1st September – 12 October 2021 (for Short Courses – starts on or after 21 February 2022 and ending before 31 August 2022
