I think I have to adjust my scripture study and habit of prayer to align with Nephi's teaching by:

1. Ask Heavenly Father to help me feel the Spirit as I read the scriptures.

2. Adjust my plans to read the scripture and ponder on the words of Christ and also pray without fainting.
