Description
Nonprofit Management Fellowship is a Fellowship program by Accountability Lab that is focused on building a new generation of active citizens and responsible leaders around the world.
The program is seeking to appoint a Nonprofit Management Fellow to be based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
The Fellowship, as it were, focuses on supporting implementation of flagship Integrity I on Campaign and other projects as assigned.

The Fellowship gives the qualified candidate a competitive monthly stipend.
Eligibility
To be eligible to apply for this fellowship program, applicants must;
° be a motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
° have up to three years workplace experience
° have a flair for bringing the right people, tools and resources to solve problems quickly but effectively
° be a recent University Graduate with a passion for social injustice
° be a team-player with a willingness to try new ideas, take risks and are quick to adapt to and learn from failure
° be a process-driven, unafraid to ask obvious questions and understand how small details can make or break the big picture
° be a clear communicator and a good writer who knows what it takes to tell a compelling story
° be curious about and plugged into where conversations about social and public sector accountability in South Africa are happening online, in politics and traditional media
